My New Cool Idea…

Late last year I started working on an affiliate site. I have not done a great deal on the site yet – mainly because of year end commitments (holidays, family etc etc). I am now looking to dig into this site.

This affiliate site is going to be my first affiliate site for 2010 – I will be working only on this site until I start making a profit from it. I have set a profit target for this site. So, my goal is to reach this profit goal.

I am using a pen name for this website. Therefore I cannot reveal the domain name of the site.

Last week I had a cool idea – ‘Why not share my journey with this site on this blog ?’ I spent some time thinking more about this idea and the more I thought the more convinced I became that it truly was a good idea.

Apart from giving me an opportunity to share my journey with my readers (and hopefully help someone along the way), this process will also help me to stay accountable to my project (and also will tell me exactly how many days it took me to make a profit on my site). I will be following the steps outlined in Super Affiliate Handbook to turn this project into a profit.

I will be working on this affiliate site almost 3 days a week – until I start making  my desired profit. So, at the end of the day I will blog about what I did that day on the site.
