Chase Excellence and Success Will Follow
A few weeks ago I saw a movie called ’3 idiots’ – This movie was one of the best I have seen in years.
I have blogged about 3 idiots last month, but I love, love, love this movie so much and so I cannot stay away from writing another post about this ‘fantastic’ movie.

In this post, I am going to purely focus on how the ‘golden nuggets’ from 3 idiots can help you in your business (and me in mine). |
Success is a bye-product. Don’t try and chase success in your business – Chase Excellence and Success Will Follow.
Everyone’s definition of success varies. Let’s for a second assume that you equate success with money. If you start a business with the goal of making loads of money then you will find it hard to get there but if your start your business with the goal of offering a value to your end user and work harder towards achieving it then the chances of you getting the loads of money are high.
Money goals are good – I have often said that you are in the business to make money otherwise it is just a hobby. But don’t have money or getting rich to be your main goal – then you will never be able to create a sustaining business.
That is why really successful business people often say that they are not in it for money.
Be the best you can be – compete with yourself and make yourself even better – do the best you can and you will attain excellence and then along the way success will follow.
When you are passionate about your job then job is not a boring ‘JOB’ anymore – You will put in more than 100% into it – You will put your heart into it – And as a result of giving it your absolute best, you will do well.
| When you are passionate about anything, it shows (in your work). If you are planning to start your business, make sure you start something that you ‘love’. Don’t start something because it is trendy – don’t leave your passion behind because you are afraid. |
When things are not going your way say to yourself ‘Aal Izz Well’. This might not fix your problems but will at least comfort you (at least a bit) and enable you to approach the problem at hand with a calmer mindset.
Have you seen the movie ? If yes, what were your take-aways from the movie ?
Best,
