Tunturi Treadmill Plus A Few Other Titbits….
One of my birthday resolutions is to lose weight – I am almost to my pre-pregnancy weight – almost – not completely. I have a few more kilos to lose and losing the last kilos are proving to be really hard. Pushing myself hard and coming out of comfort zone is my theme for my new year.
I have a Tunturi Treadmill in my garage and I did my 20 minute workout on it this morning. I will slowly increase my exercise time in the coming weeks. I started my day with a run on the Tunturi – loved it !!!! I am feeling really good today both physically and mentally and am sure the exercise had a lot to do with my state of mind today.

This year I am also planning to get back into the reading habit – reading books kind of took to the back burner (for the past 3 years). |
I am now planning to get back to it and what better way to keep me accountable than this blog – I will be reviewing one book every two months on this blog. I am almost done reading Tipping Point and will be posting a review of that book in the first week of December.
I got a lot done this morning – Have also been tweeting quite a bit. Will soon add a twitter link on the sidebar.
I have to quickly finish my tea, get changed (I work in my pyjamas) and go pick up my daughter from school. My day officially ends at around this time every day – I might squeeze in some work in the evenings – depends on how my house chores are going.
