Why I Use Pen Names ?

I choose to use pen names for my affiliate sites. As I build sites and as I start making money from them, I will be sharing with you what is working for me and what is not.

	One thing I cannot share with you are my domain names. I prefer to keep them a secret. Here are my reasons for why I use pen names:

1. Makes business sense for me – One of the primary reasons is to prevent replication of my sites – Please don’t get me wrong here – I am not afraid of competition. If I was then I would not be sharing any of success secrets on this blog. What I am afraid of is someone copying everything – from keywords to title tags to even content. I will share my secrets and it is for you to go do your own research and come up with your own niche ideas.

2. I have more than one affiliate site and will have more in the future – all my sites are in totally different niche – not related at all. Makes no sense if ‘Sandy Naidu’ was the owner of all sites – I prefer to keep them all separate and for them all to have their own brand identity.

Pen names are not new - Authors have used it for hundreds of years. Actors have used it for many years. By using pen name you are not cheating any one. You are only using a different name – everything else remains the same.

I will be creating a brand new affiliate site over the coming weeks – the set up phase will be completed in about two weeks. I don’t outsource this part – I prefer to do it myself because I love setting up new sites – Normally it should be done much sooner than two weeks but the next two weeks I am only working a few hours a week due to some family commitments (my son had a surgery today).

As I create this site, I will share with you details on the domain name purchase, hosting and templates used. And then there will be more posts as I start creating content and start marketing my site. You will find it all on here (all except the domain name). The aim is to create a series of blog posts so that by the end of it you will be able to set up your own and start making money.
